Shipping

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated based on weight and will be calculated in the shopping cart page. Most US-based shipping prices start at $4.25 and most international shipping prices start at around $12.

Has my order shipped yet?

You get an order confirmation email when you place an order - when you "View Your Order" the page you will be taken to lets you track your order status.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order's shipping label is created and printed out. Packages are usually dropped off at USPS the day of a label being printed or the day after.

When will my Pre-Order item ship?

Though the times vary on a per-item basis, you can typically expect a pre-order item to ship about a month after the 2 week pre-order period ends. Please note that delays can occur, but never hesitate to ask for an update using the chat feature or sending me an email.

I can't find my tracking number!

You should receive a tracking number when you get your order confirmation email. If the email never came, use the chat box in the bottom corner - it will ask for your order number and email and give you an update on your order and any tracking information.

I think my package might be lost!

Once your package is dropped off with USPS (my shipping carrier) it is out of my control. If the package has been marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local post office immediately!

I placed more than one order, can I combine shipping?

I can combine orders and refund shipping overage as long as no orders have been shipped out yet. Contact me ASAP with the order numbers of the orders you would like to combine and I will help you with a refund!

Can I include a gift message?

BET! Please make a note in the Order Notes on the Cart Page that you would like a gift message and what you would like the message to say!

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, I cannot offer exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately and I’ll start a replace and return for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact me ASAP if you need to cancel your order. If a package has already been shipped, I cannot offer a cancellation.

An item came in damaged!

I do my absolute best to pack items carefully to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me ASAP with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

I use the photos to approach the post office if I need to file a claim.

I'm missing an item!

I do my absolute best to make sure all of your items get to you, but I am a one-man show, so mistakes can happen. If you're missing an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I’ll fix it!
